Many things wrong that I didn't see when it wasn't colored, first off, thats not how they introduce themselves in japan roflmao xD
second off, hat is wrong, it doesn't exactly look like its propped on her head right.
Third: Has her shoulder become one with her neck?
Fourth: Line art and coloring is good for the hair, but they don't compliment eachother. i recommend getting rid of the lineart for the hair or making some adjustments to it.
Fifth: her right hand seems fine... but her left hand looks like she inherited Freddy K's hand hahaha.

the hats suppose to look like its being blown off of her head
the hair is covering parts of her shoulder
I thought about doing that for the hair, but i thought it would look weird with the rest of her being lineart
yeah well like i said before, anatomy isn't that great and im trying to practice in sketchbook.
