From the Marvel Masterpieces 3 set, here's the first of my AP cards. Every time I sit down to draw and not ink, it's a crazy challenge, usually from me to my own manhood, since I'm terrified of what will come out. Just don't have the same confidence in drawing that I do in inking, let alone color. But still, got to get these done. Feel free to rip!Related content

Something makes the shield look a little small, but otherwise the proportions are great on this-- well done because it is from a difficult angle in a really small space.
I like how he came out sort of stoic, that's a good expression for Cap, fits the sacrificing personality.

I like the pose and your cross-hatching! At first, I was thinking that his face was not right somehow. And then I saw that his mask formed the same star-shape as the one on his chest, and when, "ooohhh!!! that's why!!"

The mouth looks a bit strange, but other than that, I think you did a beyond fine job.

Probably the under-lighting makes it look weird; his head is tilted slightly up (a super hard shot for me)and partially obscured by his chest.

The hatching! I love it! So clean and even spaced. I wanna hatch like that someday.
