I have been gaining a love for birds in the past 4 years. I've always loved birds, owls, crows, hawks.. I've loved feathers and such. But I have finally began to really look into them while drawing.
I have no idea what his species is but he's going to be a character definitely . I guess a self-made bird species. He has colours like a Kingfisher but definitely not the placement of a usual one. Now is he tinier with a huge beak.

It is a male XD.

I actually did this because I was feeling really down and I was looking at 'cute fat birds' on google * D*.. LOL I'm a geek. And I began doodling him just randomly. My friend and I both titled his species "Floopinbop" which is hilarious-awesome.
I actually didn't use softbrushes in this which is unlike me. But it's fun to just doodle and paint in hard brushes sometimes.

Please don't redistribute him. I'm a little attached to him now .
