Hey, I hope I understood your question right and that you are asking me how I make my speed art videos? I use camtasia recorder to record the designing process. And I use Sony vegas to edit and speed up the video. This software isn't for free though. And I do not know any free alternatives. But maybe you should check out this video here . It's a quite good video tutorial. Hope this helps you out.

That is the puppet warp. And here is a very good tutorial on how to use it. It's a tutorial from Glyn Dewis You should really check out his channel. He is a very good trainer.

It is made with Adobe After Effects. But it is a free template, I didn't made it myself. But I can't remember who's the author. But search on youtube for free after effects template and you find dozens of them.
