Illiux Nusku Lure A.K.A. Lightning Talisman-M- (M.O.B.)

Outfit: Either an sea-blue sweater over a long-sleeve white shirt and matching blue pants with posh boy shoes, or baggy blue jeans, light thin red hoodie, over a green traced sweater, over a white polo shirt.

Bio: Illiux was the second Mark to become one, and the leader of the Preppy's faction of Babylon.

When he was born, Illiux was diagnosed with a rare disability exclusively caught only in Unicorns and Alicorns, called Rupolenics Disorder. This disorder causes the pony unfortunate enough to wield it to be limited to only using one spell for their entire life, and they're not even allowed to select which spell it is; it's completely random. Fortunately for Illiux, his Rupolenics was his illusion panels, which he's adapted and improved on phenomenally, perfecting it in every way.

He lost his sister at a young age, right in front of his eyes, which traumatized his life. (Not in the Batemare kind of way, but something similar.) She was eaten by a dragon, after the two of them were bullied and almost forced to destroy a dragon egg, until mommy arrived. The bullies escaped (at first) so she just targeted the two of them. Illiux was found by the Babylon just in time to have his life saved, but his sister wasn't so lucky. After the king of Babylon promised to revive and reunite his sister with her family, including him, Illiux had swore to stand by him and become a Mark, which is where he received his Destiny Signature/Cutie Mark.

Illiux comes from a Germane family, and is agreed by pretty much all the single mares and fillies of Babylon to be handsome, stylish, suave and all round beautiful, regardless of him having a currently positive or negative representation at the time. Even the girls that don't think he's all that would faint the second he said their name. He has a secret relationship with the Time Maiden Heart Throb from the Ingenium faction. Both of them agreed to keep it their own secret, to the point where they openly charm other ponies to get what they need.

Illiux often talks of an "Illusion Parlor", which he can apparently control, or he at least has some strong authority over. not many ponies, or even creatures in general have seen this parlor, and some even speculate that it doesn't actually exist at all. At first, this theory wasn't too far-fetched, with Illiux being the Mark of Mistrust. As it turns out, this parlor was no ordinary visiting room, as it looked like something no-one had ever seen before: A large white room, as big as the universe, showing how the Illusion panels are created; whenever a floor, wall or even roof is physically touched, one is made.

He makes his first appearance in the first chapter of Marks Of Babylon, standing with Phoxjes and Roranxoa. He was there at the time of Phoxjes's attack on Twilight Sparkle's home, likely to seize up his competition. After they return to Babylon, he returns again in chapter 3 as the main antagonist of that chapter. He appears from taken the form of Rainbow Dash to eavesdrop on the Mane Six, during Applejack's confrontation with Roranxoa during the previous chapter, and informs the girls of the story of Babylon, along with Princess Celestia. This would also tell that he and the princess(es) have some other history. The next chapter, he appears in the hospital room where Spike was being held at, to return Rainbow Dash to them, before disappearing. He returns later the same chapter when the girls are outside, and had a duel with Rarity. He used his illusion magic and, despite her figuring it out, he beat her with ease and threatened to abduct her, before she was saved by Spike taking her place. He receives an objective from Prince Expherient to charm Frazzle Rock to obtain a rare mineral for her and her club. When he meets her, he buys her a cup of her favorite tea from a coffee shop, and charms her offscreen to obtain what he needed from her.

He makes a couple of brief cameos in My Little Pony Tales, Quest To Babylon, appearing in only the first and second chapters. He was standing off to the side when Swan Lady was speaking with Sweetheart and Bright Eyes, before discussing their "plan" with her about the future. He appears again in the next chapter, leaving the ice-cream shop, presumably after speaking with Starlight's mother, who was in the store at the time. Starlight's mother mentioned him wanting to buy out the rights to the store, but he is never seen on screen for the rest of that story, and is instead just referenced a few times.

His first appearance, chronologically, is in the second chapter of The Day Before Yestergen, where he appeared to charm Heart Throb into joining Babylon. When the two of them first met, she became infatuated with him, which he used to his advantage. However, as the two of them spent more time together, Illiux had more of a challenge preparing to tell her the truth. This was a recurring theme for most of the story, to the point where they went on a date together, to which she panicked at, claiming she had "nothing to wear." During the date, she queried him about Babylon, ad he confessed to her that he was a Mark. The two of them leaned in for a kiss, until they were interrupted by his faction reaching out to him. They told him that they had found the Princess Ponies, and he took Heart Throb back to Paradise Estate. It's currently unclear whether those two eventually had their first kiss together or not. He met with the Princess Ponies and convinced them to become recruited.
