Description
This is another one I'd originally created for a t-shirt with just the little syringe guy on it, but recently decided to make an entire poster out of it, based on the Dr Zed vending machines in-game.As usual, everything was drawn in Xara Xtreme Pro initially and then exported to Photoshop at 6000 pixels on the longest edge before adding the weathering effects. Printed at 32.9cm x 48.3cm and framed... gorgeous!

strange that in zombie island of dr ned there is one machine that is still ZED in dead haven when i saw this while my dad was playing the game of the year edition i hear "who needs a real doctor when you got my machines and their scary needles" i mentioned just reading that recently didn't think it was true
