Almost I would say one can do a wax portrait.

Well, I use a tiny brush and thick paint. I scoop up some paint with the brush and if I'm lucky, I get a pointed paint drip hanging off the end of the brush, I dip that onto the board for each dot. So they're all done by hand, which is super time consuming, but I listen to music and it's not a bad way to spend winter break.
