well ^-^ since she's Rai's twin sister, she'd have the same abilities as him, maybe a bit weaker or stronger, im not sure

I like Carly. You shouldn't be ashamed of an original character. It's the purpose behind the OC that makes or breaks them. And she definitely has a believeable bg. ^^
