Description
After I uploaded all the 6 main and great Road Rovers, here it is, all together, as a great team! Let us hit the road with the Road Rovers! The Road Rovers it's an old '90 cartoon by Warner Brothers, and was first broadcasted in September 7, 1996 as premiere in the special "Kids WB": The story begins years ago, in Socorro, New Mexico, where Doctor Professor William F. Shepherd was working in his laboratory, about using a special transforming device, that allows to transform dogs into humanoids, until Parvo, his old and mistaken creation that was originally a cat, attack his laboratory and sends him and his laboratory to buried ruins.
Several years later, Shepherd, somehow, survived after the attack, and after building a secret head quarter, proceeds to summon 5 dogs from different parts of the world, there were of course:
Hunter, from U.S.A
Colleen, from U.K.
Blitz, from Germany
Exile, from Russia
and Shag, from Switzerland
In addition of Muzzle, wich was originally Scout, and being Sheperd's pet from the begining.
After been transformed into cano-sapiens (with the exception of Muzzle) and have introduced each other, this 5 cano-sapien warriors became: "The Road Rovers" Their mission: Protect the world from the evil plans of General Parvo, who works along with his assistant The Groomer, and his minions, the cano-mutants.
This series, was very well accepted by so many people who watch them, even today, there are a lot of people who still remember this show even after many years of it's last appearance on TV.
Unfortunately, due of some unknown reasons wich mostly, they say they canceled due to an insultant joke part on the final episode, or the parents who call WB, telling them that this show was very unapprotiated for kids, this series only long 13 episodes, without more or even a second season, even though this series was made some re-runs few times, even translated to spanish (not all episodes, just a few)
This series remained in obscure, wich means forgotten, with no DVD or any merchandise to remember this great series...
Thought WB forgot them, we DON'T! That's right! We, shall NOT forget this series! They are so popular, I say this series needs a good compesation! If the MJ's fans manage to get their wanted concert that Sony keep it as unreleased by doing a petition, maybe we can do it, too! I don't know when's gonna happen, but I just hope, it can be sometime soon...
But anyway, here it is! The whole gang, posing for all of us! With the official tittle over them!
