Overall i like how this came out!
Sarabi looks kind of freakish though.. let's just say she looked a bit ugly as a cub...
And i should have used a thinner line on sarabi and maybe i'll use the pentool next time, cause my lines are so shaky x)
I do like the BG! Looks better than my BGs usually turn out..
Sarabi is one of my favorite TLK characters ^^
If you have some suggestions or critics about either how i "cubbed" her or about any other parts of the pic, please let me know!

Hi! I saw you already made a base out of this without asking, and then deleting it when someone pointed it out. I'm glad you deleted it, but I concerned about your view on art and copyright. You say you think I did a great job on this, but before someone confronted you about it, you had no problem taking it as your own. That shows no respect for me as an artist and the job I put into this. Even with the art from the movies, there's an artist that has spent a lot of time on making it, and that deserves respect. Not to mention all the hard work and time it takes to reach that level of skill.. I feel like I recognize some of your other bases from the movies, is that correct?
Β I recommend working on your own skill in stead of copying, you don't learn a lot from copying, and improving your art will take even longer! I think if you keep going on like this, people are going to see what you're doing and you'll get a lot of hate. Please please draw your own stuff! Put it out there, and you'll do nothing but improve, and be proud of it!

If you couldn't find the original owner, you shouldn't have posted it.
What you do is illegal, and it doesn't seem like you realize that.
Tracing copyrighted art is illegal.
It does not make it legal just because you didn't know who made the art you traced, or that a lot of people do it.
Do you disagree with that?

NO NO! Don't say she's ugly! Sarabi is GORGEOUS! And you got every BIT of that!!! Other pictures of Sarabi I've seen didn't get the eyes even CLOSE! Sarabi has very unique eyes. SHe's my absolute favorite character in the Lion King series! She's so....DIGNIFIED!

It's amazing how strong sence of her character we get, even though she has so little "screen-time"

OHMAHGAWSH! YES! She's SOOOO memorable! I mean, when she walks up to Scar and the hyenas are nipping at her, and she doesn't even flinch!? Simba or even Mufasa would have gotten angry, and anyone else would have been scared, but SARABI! She basically had this look on her telling Scar, "you've taken my son, my husband, and my throne, there's nothing else but my dignity and you're NOT taking that!" I LOVE HER! XD And you totally deserve the compliment, you did EPIC! It's hard to capture that much awesome in one cub, especially to make her a cub. She has to be playful, but still dignified at the same time.
