This looks lovely! I espeically like the way you drew her face and eyes.
I think some parts could be a bit more refined (her legs, the wings) and that would make it look a bit better. But you said it started as a sketch so you propably weren't going for refined and that's alright.
I also liek the contrast between the black wings and the light behind them.

I like the concept, and you made a good choice with the color palette.
Her nose looks a bit smushed in. Her hands look a bit too flat and gives the appearance that you rushed them. Her chest is odd, she has a cleavage line, but the edge makes her look flat chested. Her knees are uneven, and the way her dress sort of lifts up over the left knee is odd, like there is a lump there, and not like it is flowing.
Her wings are nice, I like the sweeping strokes you used and the form is nice. Again, I think the best part of this is the colors. Very muted and very earthly, it gives this a serene feel.
