This is a brand new character named Meiko. She's kinda looney, but the good kind of looney
~ Hm...This one feels a bit different, not cuz i used a yellow bg or anything XD. But I think it's cause of the "darker"ness of the colours i used? Dunno. But it feels diffferent XD.
ugh... So This outfit consists of:
