WHOA FANARTZI don't usually do fanart...I'm not very good at drawing other people's characters .____.; But I wanted to try some new things in Photoshop (procedural things) and it seemed easier to use a character that's already been created.
That and Yoko is amaaaziiiiing~ ;D

I normally don't support fanart, but by all means Yoko is the shiz. I adore her, and this is in all honesty my favorite art I've seen of her. You've captured her personallity well, and the textures are amazing. The colors fit well together.

I've been drawing a lot lately, a lot of it gets trashed halfway through though because I've been experimenting a lot.
I've learned so much here; for the past couple of years I've been too scared to try new things, but lately I feel like I have a fresh set of eyes and I've slowly been trying new things, even if it doesn't look like it. I've also learned a lot about my strong points and my weak points, which is half the battle

Wow! Marowe, your drawing of Yoko Ritona is super! The way you laid the whole thing out, composition-wise, is very appealing. I love your treatment of her stockings! All the plaudits written by those who commented before me are seconded. Good job!
(I perused your Gallery, because I wanted to see whether or not undersized breasts are your schtick; and I guess they are. That treatment is off-putting on Yoko, though - just as is the oversized-breasts treatment used by too many fan artists when drawing her. It's your art, so of course you can do what you wish; and I still think your drawing of Yoko is fabulous - but with an asterisk, due to the unnaturally-tiny breasts you gave her.)

Yeah, I almost put a note in the description about how I downsized her chest quite a bit (I don't do massive breasts that well DX) I know it's a bit unbecoming of her character, but I think if I had attempted to give her a huge rack, it would have ruined the overall appeal...^_^;

You are most welcome, Marowe! You're a damned fine artist and I didn't want to imply you'd messed up somehow, just that I think that piece of art would have been perfect if Yoko had larger breasts: not those god-awful huge things a lot of fan artists give her, but more like naturally-large breasts.
But that's just me! (I'm more of a butt-and-thighs man myself and have never understood the appeal oversized breasts [as opposed to naturally-large ones] elicit in some people, but one theory holds that those who are fixated on unnatural balloon breasts never developmentally got past the nursing stage in infancy.) I've known a number of women over the years who have large breasts, so I don't find them to be at all out of place on fictitious characters; but those humongous ones are laughable. Gainax didn't give Yoko balloon breasts, but it's become a trendy fad amongst some artistic anime/games/manga aficionados to depict her in that manner. Yuck!
