(Apologies in advance for this comment coming so late and if I repeat something that was said before, I'm writing my critique based solely what I see in the picture and what I read in the author's box so that I can catch back up. And now for the critique: )
Well now, this is rather cute^^. I'm not really much for pregnancy so I'm a bit out of my realm, but I'll try to give you feedback as best I can. As I just mentioned the premise is quite endearing, portraying the two outies kissing is something I haven't seen before (though again I don't go searching for much preg art, I'm more into stuffings 
Now then, while I think the presntation is nicely established for what the image is trying to sell, this is still a pretty rough sketch-- heck, I can even see the sketchy lines on your character's hands and body! While having their tummies just out that far is quite cute, I'd imagine it would be kinda difficult to stand so casually they way these two are doing without any sort of support (I know it's just fun fetish art but still, it's the logistic details that make a piece). The clothing outlines are rather sketchy, though that was likely the intent so I won't harp too much about that, but the hands could have used the extra attention. As would the black-haired girl who apparently has no nose which looks odd next to the blond girl who clearly has one. And whatever details were in her hair are kind of lost in the "crayon coloring" technique you used, sorry to say.
I see in the description that this is just a stream sketch, which is fine, but perhaps keep some of these things in mind for your next stream sketch.

First, thank you for this comment, even a little long, but constructive and interesting (and sorry for my late reply).
As regards the general appearance of design is fully realized because of the sketch during a Livestream requests session I draw that way for the time to realize everything we asked. So it is a bit normal if details like hands or hair may stand a wrong.
The brunette girl has no nose and it is desired because it was created to match my main OC, my avatar. As this one has no nose and is designed in black & white, she uses the same graphic chart.

Yeah I suspected the hands and hair were probably a result from drawing during a livestream, but you did put this on TummyCrit so I had to the hair and hands out to you.
While I understand you wanted to be faithful to the character by not giving her a nose, it may not ave been a good idea to pair her with a person who does have a nose because it makes the girl without a nose seem less human (like she's an alien or a mutant

I meant that nose bleeds are no fun! It was a rare compatible hotΒ moment with my ex! Any other timeΒ she would haveΒ complained that myΒ bellyΒ skin was "too freezing cold" for her or "too F-ingΒ hairy" or thatΒ I was "too damn skinny"! She did love my big fat beer belly I grew only while she was pregnant!
