When she can't see the universe,it doesn't exist; this move sounds a lot more dangerous and powerful than it actually is; she can't actually change reality in any way, it just reconstructs itself exactly as before; instead BLINK functions as a non-interactive (because there's nothing to interact with) time stop, activated by closing all of her eyes at once, allowing her to go anywhere in the universe instantaneously (from an outside perspective), or giving her extra time to think things over, even in tense situations
