Nice effect with the hair, though the lightning from her hands seems a little...thick, though only by a shade. overall pretty good though!

the cape and the hands needed some more attention to them, the belt is a little missplaced and the shoes look a bit off.. almost like you were trying for ballet slippers and then saw they looked wrong and tried to rush to fix them, but all in all nice job.
