The smell of wax lingered in the air; well that's what happens when you use crayons. Not that you really cared, but the boy whose sitting next to you seems to be suffering greatly. His hand covering his nose, his almost neon purple eyes glaring at you (as usual), while his silver/blond colored hair seemed to be standing on end.

Deciding that it would be best to ignore him, you did just that. Scribbling on your paper all the while the boy beside you planned out your death. Cursing you for using the horrid smelling wax colors while he was sitting next to you, not sure how much more he could take he continued to sit there watching you, seeing as how every few seconds you were stealing a glance of him, he could steal a glance or two at you….right?

The sound of your purple crayon sliding across the paper was driving the boy next to you up the wall. Nickolai, that's the boy's name, turning your attention to him you spoke a calm and even voice, that shouldn't have been possible for a seven year old child.

"So, Nickolai what is your favorite color?" you asked, not expecting him to answer, which he did just that by saying. "I don't have to tell you (y_n)….stupid." Nickolai groaned, seeming as if he were miserable for some unknown reason. Smiling you continued to talk. "Well, my favorite color is purple." Grabbing the young Belarusian child's attention he asked. "Why is that your favorite color?"

Still smiling you replied. "Because it's the color of your eyes~ purple is a pretty color after all." With that said, Nickolai blushed; you heard the sound of your name being called. Your mother was here to pick you up, happily you jogged towards your mother, but you jogged back towards Nickolai, confusing the boy you said. "You can have this picture okay?"

Turning around, your mother took your hand in her's. Watching your retreating figure Nickolai watched you walk out of classroom with your mother, holding the picture of a purple rainbow in his hands. Smiling he folded the paper up, he proceeded to leave after all since you were no longer there, he had no reason to stay right?

~Later That Night~

After eating dinner, you decided that you would go outside and play in the snow. Your mother telling you to stay away from your swing set, since it's so close to the woods at night, your mother fears an animal trying to grab you and take you away.

Then again, their have been a few children going missing lately in your town, giving your mom a good reason to worry, but you couldn't resist the temptation of your swing set. The feeling of being weightless was too much to bare, running towards the wooden swing set, you plopped down onto the seat, aiming to kick yourself off the ground and into the air, only for something to bite into your shoulder dragging you into the woods, causing a scream to rip from your throat.

You could hear your mother's terrified screams, not sure of what to do you tried to fight back, but your shoulder was in the powerful jaws of what looked to be a huge black wolf. The wolf's bright yellow eyes glaring down at you scare beyond belief you felt tears welling up in your eyes.

Trembling with fear, the wolf howled as if it were laughing at you. Closing your eyes you waited for its huge maw to tear into your flesh, only to feel air whooshing past you, and the yelping of another wolf. You felt another set of teeth pick you up and carry you away, you could hear that the yelping had escalated into what you were guessing was a battle.

Opening your eyes once more, you could see that you were in your back yard once more, looking behind you stood a small wolf, maybe a new born of a few months or somewhere in that area, looking back at you. Its huge purple eyes seemed to be relieved, as if by saving you it had done something good. Tilting your head to the side, you tried to approach the wolf, only for the creature to back away, may it have been out of fear or concern for you.

Though it walked towards you of its own free will to lick the wound on your shoulder, laughing because it tickled the wolf moved away from you. Its big purple eyes still watching you, a loud howl was heard, different from the one that you'd heard earlier. The purple eyed wolfs ears moved; turning its back to you it walked towards the woods once more.

Chancing one last glance at you, the wolf ran back into the woods, disappearing into the darkness. A headache began forming at the back of your skull; you could hear your mother screaming your name, allowing yourself to fall into your arms, your world turned dark.

The purple eyes of the wolf being the only thing you could see.
