Happy July 4th! Aaaand happy birthday to America! <3 I've never drawn nyo!America or 2P!America before (apart from crappy doodles of 2P!America). I drew the basic sketch for this over half a year ago but I just never got around to finishing it, and then of course I noticed the 4th of July was coming up and figured I'd finish it. I had to correct an awful lot of stuff and so it added a lot of extra time onto the drawing process. It took forever! I'm so happy it's finally finished though! My original idea was to have Alfred and Amelia singing Party In The USA and Allen calling them a couple of idiots of something, but stuff happened idk.I really love the way Allen looks here, despite this being my first time drawing him. <3

You mean Emily? There's no particular reason, it's just that I had originally planned to draw Alfred and Amelia singing and Allen judging them, but then by the time I got around to finishing the drawing it was almost the 4th of July so I made it into a picture for that instead, and I guess since the drawing had been sitting around for ages I couldn't be bothered to add any more characters in.
I also didn't include stuff like neko America, mochi America or Hitman Jones, so she's not the only one being left out.
