so uhh last time I watched FMA CoS I ended up with a new ship :'D

ended up rewatching *that* fight while I was skimming through the movie to look for references and damnnnn that's still one of my absolute favourite fight scenes in anything ever, possibly my number one. it's soooo fucking good! all the fights in FMA and FMAB are brilliant of course, but that one is just absolute eye candy <3 (not saying it's the best in Fullmetal Alchemist, but it's my personal favourite and I think it's very underappreciated for sure)

also heyy I accidentally timed this really well with the 20th anniversary of the manga!! I haven't read the manga just yet but hey, happy 20th to my favourite piece of fiction! love u FMA <3 <3
