I finally got Kou Done, and to be honest it took me a while to get her color pallet down, but this is her final product, and I love it. Not gonna lie I actually love people with skin like Kou's. In my opinion I just think it's beautiful. Anyways, here she is. It took me about 3 days to complete her, and like I said, I love her. But I've lost too many braincells oof

Anyways, now to the info for her.

She has the ability to take the water molecules and water vapor in the air and can boil or freeze them in an instant. She can Manipulate the water in the air and can use them against people. She can also use already existing bodies of water to her advantage and can cool or heat them up. Her quirk also makes her excellent for cooking, which she loves to do.

Advantages:

Her range of attacks is almost unlimited. Since there is so much water in the air, her quirk is extremely easy to use.

She can heat and cool water in an instant, using her body temperature to do that. As long as she touches the water she can manipulate is asap.

Like I said, her quirk can make her excellent at cooking. Its really easy for her to do and she can get meals done in a flash. She cooks a lot for her mom when she has the time, and loves to do so.

Disadvantages.

Since she uses her body temperature, she needs to watch how long she uses her quirk, she can easily scar her body if used for too long, and can cause internal damage (which she has done before).

She is still working on improving her quirk, so she wears gloves to stop her from accidentally using it on someone (which, again, she's done before)

She has a hard time using her quirk in dry climates. Which is self explanatory. Less water means less precipitation

ABILITIES

Wave: In one swift movement, she can take millions ans millions of water molecules in one go, cause her to cause a massive wave to form, wiping out enemies easily. It does take out a lot of her energy to do so, but if very useful as a last resort.

Freeze: Takes water molecules or an existing body of water and freezing it at extreme temperatures. I think it's safe to say her an Todoroki get along really well.

Boiling Point: Like the previous one but boils it at extreme temperatures. She rarely uses this because it hurts people incredibly fast and she honestly hates doing that.

Arrow: She liked to make freezing points of ice and can use them as a projectile on people. It's not spiky enough to stab someone (unless she wants to..) but can hurt like a bitch if you get caught in one

EQUIPMENT

Skin Tight Suit: Her suit works a lot like Todoroki's outfit. It's cold and head resistant, to make sure that her body doesn't over heat, or cool off too fast. It happens slowly, but can prevent internal damage.

Edge Fur: Idk. I just really like the idea of a bunch of fur. But that can't be an explanation so lets just say that it helps keep her warm.

Boots: Nice and cozy and comfortable to move it. Has grips on the bottom of her soles to help her move on many different types of terrains.

Gloves: a e s t h e t i c also because it helps her hold back her quirk a but, helps to not injured people too badly.

Shouto Todoroki: They were friends in school and they honestly got a long well, occasionally talking about how that had semi-similar quirks and how they thought it was kinda cool. She had always looked up to todo boi but doesn't like thinking of him as more of a friend, but they've both agreed that's for the best, though she still enjoys his company. They like to think of each other as kind of like siblings, which Kou likes cause she grew up as an only child.

Friends

Everyone: Kou has no problem making friends with people. She very much enjoys the company of people and loved everyone she meets.Once she opens up to you, she's a very talkitive person and can quickly adapt to what a person likes to talk about it with them. Kami's outgoing and making friends really is her forte

Love interest

None: Kou isn't really comfortable being in a relationship with someone. She has had past experiences with having a relationship, and wasn't comfortable with it, since a lot of people liked her for her quirk and a lot of the people she dated were dicks. Though she has found herself to be leaning more on the lesbian side, and is curious about what it's like, so we'll see where that goes
