Here it is a new digital impressionism work I did as a birthday present for He loves cats so I couldn't help painting some for him! ^__^
The reference image is from a deactivated account u_u It was from the second kitten package from Resurgere. Here you have the link to the first package though

I hope you don't mind, I used it as an example of why people shouldn't try to judge "what is art" as an example of why "blur" doesn't discount something from being artistic.

I think your piece is a brilliant example of impressionism and I just had to use it to show that "blur" or lack of clean lines is not a bad thing and is sometimes a very good thing.
