Beyond the illuminated corridors and habitable sections lie dark vaults of machinery. Usually obscured by atmospheric meshes and containment walls, glimpses of those inner workings betray the true size of the ship's components and the full scope of the armored hull. The bulk of these machines hangs overhead and looms below, seemingly boundless in the dark.
