Benny is a rockstar in an orange suit and is played by Jim Belushi. He likes to sing, dance, and play with all of his friends in Gabba Land.

DJ Lance is a street-smart squirrel with great knowledge. He is also the only one in the zoo who knows Muno's secret about not being from the wild. DJ Lance apparently has a huge crush on Foofa, and at the beginning of the movie he asks her out, but she refuses. DJ Lance is softhearted and sweet. However, he can be bossy at times. DJ Lance is good friends with Muno and Brobee, but doesn't always approve of Plex's ideas. DJ Lance also cares about Toodee and deeply loves Foofa, who later becomes his girlfriend after he says the proper words to motivate her enough to kiss him.
