A fast sketch i've done between homeworks (yes' i've started school again), cause i wanted to do something for Samhain (Halloween ) for so long, but i've never had the time! So, here's my little Carrie portrayed as La Calavera Catrina, one of the most popular figures of the Dia de Los Muertos, a holyday celebrated in Mexico during November 1st&2nd. I have a thing for mythology and i absolutely love the Dia de Los Muertos folklore and the classic "sugar skull masks"... and being Carrie half mexican, i've tough it was amazing draw a picture of her as La Catrina!
This is just a sketch but it would be something for a bigger project i have in my mind about the AS characters and their ethnicity. I hope to have the time to start it soon <3
Done with my beloved Tombow Watersoluble Markers, and some photo reference used for the pose and the makeup.
