the textures were done mostly with one texture brush

a combination of putting down the paint and erasing it a little with the same brush
hmmmm also changing size of the brush

and using a water blur brush, which makes like a spray of blur points
XD

I gonna stream it, much easier then to try to describe with my english <.<'
