I think this might be my favorite photo out of every photo I have ever seen. Ever.

I went thru so much looking at this photo.
I see there are many dancing/dancer photos--and very good.
I assumed it was either the shot of a real dancer's foot--which is a harsh thing or an old man's.
On that, I thought it was more of an art shot of an older man's feet (like in an old story) with a fakey/real city shot/castle shot.
Then I realized it's someone's feet in front of an oldfasioned radiant heater.
I've spent a half hour looking at the shot.

I actually got the feeling that this was an old person leaning over the side of their bed daring to take some steps forward. That's what I thought when I saw this, though a lot of people keep saying it looks suicidal

I definitely get vibes of suicide from this, perhaps it's the colors. Either way, it's a spectacular shot, and I commend you.

This photo is very interesting, i like it a lot.
Personally i dont know why when I saw this i inmediately thought he was jumping (although i also see other views like the suicide and stuff like that)(maybe he was hanged by someone else ) . . . sorry i put my thoughts all over the comment, anyways great piece

hahhahah I get what you mean, i think the person says that because this picture suggest many interpretation.. and you don't see above or underthe feet...so as much as it cant be a suicide, as much it can be someone who, for the first time since a while, didnt get out of a hospital bed and just, put his feet on the ground ....
It all depends how you see it, but yes, at first I read the ''hopeful'' thing, and I tought of a levitation, a bit like a levitation a freedom from the ground.. and then I only looked at the picture and I saw something a bit like a suicide...

I don't know if these feet are trying to touch the ground, if yes, what kind of ground, ...or maybe they don't, maybe they want to be up , to not touch the ground...

these concepts are defying gravity which are really great. it gives off a floaty, light feeling with just the right amount if excitement. it's like going up or down in a roller coaster ride, fun and exhilarating.
