Tekken's Yoshimitsu - the cyborg ninja from space, donning an outfit quite similar to his Tekken 5 counterpart.Just drew this, half hour sketch testing a different color palette for one of my commissions. I figured why just doodle around a page, when I can check the effectiveness en-action!
Anyway, I hope you guys like this! Yoshimitsu in a made up arena called Jigoku (literally translates to Hell)

He always smiles whenever he puts his fists on the ground it's so funny and kinda cute in some way. :s His smile looks similar to the cheshire cat's in american mcgee's alice. Can cheshire smile and put his fist down at the same teime?

Apparently the whole 'space' part was actually a mistranslation and that it was meant to mean 'void'. I find that both fitting and scary at the same time.

I just learned what Jigoku meant a few days ago, so I knew when you put that title, it already turned awesome. Nicely done! Totally fits Yoshimitsu.

The idea of Jigoku was something I started associating with him in Tekken 5, since it always felt like the Gates of Hell stage was his stage, which was appropriately a gate in front of a river with the red moon, and the Ka-En-Do-Mai music. :3 Perfect Yoshi stage!

Enma-Ai's portrayal in that was magnificent. I love the young girl idea, and the story was pleasantly minimalistic. :3 One of my absolute favourite animes. :3
