Description Had so much fun painting this one.
Started in my art-group last Wednesday, but now I had finally enough time and energy to finish it.

Done with arcylics, watercolor and airbrush on paper

I plan to paint a bigger and slightly different version of this for the upcoming contest/exhibition in Tokyo... 90x70cm... curious if it works also with such a big size.

That is so beautiful. When I first saw the little preview thumbnail I first thought you had photoshopped the Butterfly onto the flowers cause they looked so dainty. But now I can see that it's all really your painting. I love it!!!!

I'm glad you like it. It's 100% handmade
and it's fun and challenging to show people, you can simulate a digital effect with traditional media

Ich hatte letztes Jahr Glueck und meine Kamera im richtigen Moment dabei, als ich zum Einkaufen ging und ganz viele davon auf einem Beet an den Blumen hingen.
Bei dem Bild habe ich dann aber improvisiert, da ich sauschlecht im Abzeichnen bin... aber fuer die Texturen von den Fluegeln waren die Fotos eine echte Hilfe.

Man sollte halt doch âfters mal nach links und rechts sehen, wenn man zum Einkaufen geht (obwohl ich bezweifle, daß ich hier auf dem Netto-Parkplatz so was finde...).
Und der Fave ist redlich verdient...

das is voll schân! in der Kleinansicht hab ich geglaubt, dass das echte Pusteblumen sind. Das Bild ist dir auf alle FÀlle sehr gelungen^w^ Schâne Farben und der Schmetterling ist total süß^^

vielen Dank. Es hat mir grossen Spass gemacht, mich bei dem Bild durch die ganzen Details zu kaempfen. Jetzt sitze ich gerade an einem Bild mit Rosen und gucke mal, ob ich das da auch so hinbekomme.
