Great shot... only complaint would be that there should be a little bit more of the persons head in it to get it a lil bit "more"... other than that

What do you mean more? I think if the head was up more it would probably feel more prideful, and that isn't what was the intent.

Do you add a photoshop frame or is that just with the whole black room process? I've only been and worked in a black room once or twice.

nothing at all in photoshop for this one. It is a direct scan from a print made in the darkroom. When you leave a little area outside the negative when printing, the light exposes it and makes it black, leaving the frame
