I think we got more Steampunk pictures than anything at AnimeNEXT this year. Mello was looking BEASTLY in his new dreads, and Matt was looking bitchin in an outfit we did *not* put together that day
It also does not escape me that L looks like the love-child of Marilyn Manson and Willy Wonka. I had the blue contacts with me and decided to do something a little different just for fun. Gave L a scarred eye, we blame Kira. Here:

Mello's dreads, oh my! Wonderful! I have no idea what's going on with L's eye -- are those two differantly-colored contacts? -- but it's amazing and startling and WOAH.

Thanks! Yeah they're 2 different contacts, I wanted to spice the outfit up a bit so L went a tad Marilyn Manson... come to think of it, this should have been Steampunk B, but it didn't even occur to me to go that route at the time

To be honest, when I first saw that, I assumed it was steampunk B. :] When I figured out it was L, I have to say I liked it more -- scary-L is basically my favourite thing in the world.
