Is it just me, or does he appear to be the most comfortable in his sailor uniform?
Why is France Sailor Venus?
Sailor Venus is the Scout of Love. That alone was enough to make me choose France for the role.
She was also a Sailor Scout before all the others, giving her experience. I'm sure France would be an "experienced Sailor Solider of Love"~
Also, Sailor Venus was supposedly the prettiest scout of the entire inner scouts. And last time I checked, France was a very pretty man!
