Yet another villain introduced to the Dunkin' Dragons DnD Game I'm running, a high priestess alongside Cyran Sylvar. I very much love Veliana's design, and I had a lot of fun drawing the peonies on her scythe.

Veliana took me, like, 8 hours to draw, but it was mostly because I was having a hard time actually drawing the scythe and hair. She was originally going to have a braid in her hair, but I realized my players could too easily grab long hair, and I can't make things easy for them.
