This is Dracula from Lords of Shadows. or as he is called: Gabriel. my friend asked me to do this, but forgot about it until now.ΒAnyway, Lords of Shadows looks cool, but it reminds me too much of God of War. *which i am not terribly fond of. Kratos to me came across as a "WAHHHHH!!! they took my Godly powers!!. I must kill them all!!!"
Also, i did the easier design of Lords of Shadow 2, because the original one looks way too difficult *even then, i had to do some simplifying for here*

At least they did not make him just like Kratos and have him be angry because he's fill with all the hope he unleashed from Pandora's Box. That was a reference to God of War 3. This is still awesome though.Β

It's on PS3. I'd suggest trying the first game though. though I heard you don't like God of War, but I say give this game a try still. I'm sure you'll enjoy the story.

It's really good in my opinion. Though simple to play, it has greatΒ combat mechanics. I liked how they went about the story. And the art style is really something. If you ever find it, I think it's about $15 by now at any Gamestop.

Well, the story stars 3 characters. I'll give only the intros to each character, minus the 4th character, as his story would spoil everything else. Unless you want to know, just tell me. ^^
Gabriel
You start of as Gabriel Belmont who wonders an old castle in search of a demon. After being impaled, GabrielΒ used his own blood to seal away the creature. Meanwhile, the Elders of the Brotherhood warn Gabriel's wife that one day her husband would be taken by the darkness, and enslave humanity.
In order to have any hope of fighting him off, only Gabriel's blood line can defeat him.
Simon Belmont
Many many years have passed. Raised by warriors, Simon reached a nearbye village. Haunted by the memories of his mother's death, and his father's disappearance. Simon wishes to kill Dracula for their sake, but comes across an odd man with white hair.
Trevor Belmont
Simon wasn't the first to fight The Prince of Darkness, it was his father, Trevor. With his training finally completed, he set off to fight Dracula. Saying his goodbyes, he gave Simon an Amulet called the Mirror of Fate. With Vampire Killer in hand (the whip), he set out on his journey, to avenge his mother and his family's name. But Trevor will soon realize, fate has other plans for him.

Well, towards the end of Simon's quest, he had help from a man named Alucard. Alucard was familiar with Simon, but would not explain his connection after they defeated Dracula together.
While in Trevor's story, he finally makes it's up to Dracula and issues a duel to revenge his fallen mother. As Trevor prepared to deliver the final blow to Dracula, his vision went black. The moment he awoke, he was impaled by his own weapon. Dracula laughed, however that laughter soon faded as Trevor revealed himself to be Garbriel's son, his son.
Dracula was angry, in an attempt to save his son's life he gave Trevor some of his own blood. He laid Trevor in a coffin with the name Alucard on the top.
In the final Chapter you play as Alucard. He awakens, horrified by his new form. Rather then helping his father, he came to Simon's aid, his son. Helping his son through the many trials, Alucard & Simon reach Dracula's crypt. With their combined powers, they took Dracula out. Alucard never revealed his true identity to his son. Alucard stayed with the castle, in hopes he can prevent his father from coming back to life.

cool so does Lord of Shadows 2 come after Mirrors of Fate? i..don't get it..it seems like Dracula is still alive

LoS2 comes after Mirrors of Fate.
What happened was, each time Dracula dies, he didn't really die. The Belmonts justΒ manage to postpone his life. The Belmonts don't really know how to kill Dracula. They assume he just comes back to life each century.
Dracula can only be killed by his own weapon, by decapitation and staking. Atleast that's the legend.
