I think I have to disappoint you here. As far as I know the "middle" of the Topinambur blossom isn't black while those flowers have a "black middle".

Now you've got me doing botanical research! I swear I have the same flowers in my garden... and I'm dearly missing the sunshine blue skies that you've beautifully captured.
