Big daddy, drawing.It took 5 hours to make but it was fun to do.
Equipment.
- 12 WHSmith Art-Studio 4H - 6B sketching pencils (Shading and blocking)
- Staedtler Mars micro 0.5mm mechanical pencil (Finer detailing and precision shading)
- Staples sharpening eraser (Highlights and precision erasing)
- Mould-able/shape-able eraser
- Hard/medium self made tortillion (Smudge stick for filling areas with shade and detail shading when mixed with the Sharpening eraser)
-Staedtler sharpener, (Keeps the pencils and erasers sharp for crisp results)
- Cotton buds for softening areas and removing harsher tones by a fraction.
- Push pins (Green, no reason why I chose the green coloured one, these work like a fine point smudge stick)
- Dale Rowney, 150 grams per square meter acid free cartridge paper.
- Boldmere, Complete Charcoal & Sketch Set. (Black charcoal, Tortillion, Paper blending stump)

I used a charcoal although I didn't have to, a 9B pencil with a tortillion sufficed.
The back, right arm hasn't been darkened and the head part is slightly off.

I still work on him now and then, just like all my drawings, I put a line under the initial completion date and then just do touch ups when ever I get new precision tools or learn a new technique, that way my work evolves as I do.
