This picture is very nice, the colors are synchronized and give a nice feeling. I would add - maybe - a little bit of definition & contrast, but this is my personal opinion.
But there is one thing that disturbs me; the way you took the picture makes it feel small... The top of the building is at ±50% of the height of the picture, I would put it at 65-75%. Oderwise the picture feels very empty. If the background was filed with colorful clouds or balloons (for example) the hight would be perfect, but here it is just boring gray... this is why I only put 2 stars for the Impact.
That's pretty much all, it's still an excellent work and I admire mostly all your other pictures.
