Cool how you caught a "caught in the act" look on the man's face, while he is on his way to be seduced by the Apple gear and preparing himself by eating an Apple.

I like this one beyond the obvious good eye and good fortune of finding an apple eater near an apple sign. The juxtaposition of traditional dress with a traditional apple against the modernity of the Apple logo is also interesting/amusing/ironic. But its just a good picture with good composition, good color contrasts, terrific balance in tone and in composition and lots of depth and layers, which you may know I greatly appreciate and particularly value in this genre of photography. Finally, I am very interested in how this man is eating the apple. It's more like he's skinning it first. Kind of ominous as a projection particularly with the not necessarily happy look on his face. Then again, it is an excellent way to extend the experience of the fruit.

The reason why I wanted to take this shot had nothing to do with the Apple logo; that was purely by chance.
What had really caught my attention, ab initio, was the sight of an Afghan/Pakistani - Muslim gentleman eating an apple using his left hand!
There's a passage in the Hadith which clearly states,
βWhoever eats with his left hand, the Shaytaan (Satan) eats with him.β
And Pakistani Muslims - Pathans especially, they're very strict about these matters.
All I could think of as I was moving in to take the shot was, "Boy, this guy's about to get a massive verbal trouncing should some Mullah (Islamic clergy) catch sight of him.
So as I started walking towards him to get a better shot, it was then when the Apple logo suddenly appeared in the background and I was like, "ABC (Allah! Buddha! Christ!) this is gold!" Lol!

Wow. Just fabulous how when you peel the onion there are all kinds of surprises and differences depending where in the world the peeling takes place. Your context is is just miles away from mine but the result meets both perfectly.
