Description
This was a present I painted for my friend, Mishaela. Her nickname is fish and she's french. I always love love loved her green eyes, so she made a beautiful subject.

Materials:
Pan watercolours of some weird origin (I randomly found them in my art box)
Daler-Rowney Watercolour Paper
Derwent Watercolour Pencils
White gel pen
.3 Fineliner

Since I want to really get into watercolour, I finally decided to give up on my cheapness and bought a watercolour pad from Wal-mart. I can't believe everything I missed out on!! Proper paper makes such a difference, especially compared to all the watercolours I do in my Canson Mixed Media Sketchbook, which is bad for curling up and flaking off.

I'm sorry the quality isn't at all fantastic! But my scanner was busted and I needed to frame it asap, so I just took a picture. The flash was awful, but the colours ended up brighter than they really were.
