why would he be cynical and jaded...

and question.. is Lolly his first Sue fling? or were there any others in the past?

and do Hunters have families or relatives?

I'm sure he's had several Sue flings in the past - but I'm not saying any more. ^_^

And yes I'm sure some of them have families and relatives. I won't say who, though. ^_^

lol. the usual answer.
it's okay though, i finally learned to wait for it in the comic.

um.. so i guess Roland have to have to see Sues as real people since he keeps having flings with them?

Awwwwwwww Roland.

I looked everywhere on information on Characters from "Great Expectations" and I can't find the name "Roland Nero" anywhere. is it made up background or a Roland Nero really do exist in GE?

"19th century gentleman but will get in on with a wench if the opportunity presents itself" on Roland and his double standards.
is he Bi?

"his job makes him cynical and jaded"- I'm confused please explain. how so?

"in the long run he wants someone he can have a decent conversation with"
awwwwwwwwwwww Roland.
I'm curious as to what exactly he considers "decent conversation" material sort of girl.

By background character it means he was just a random extra. Like a random fighter in a Lord of the Rings battle sequence, or a nameless townsperson from one of the towns in Pirates of the Caribbean. What it means is that he lived in the Charles Dickens universe, and that his existence was irrelevant to the plot. He was just there as an extra.

I think Roland borders on Bi, especially with his hero-worship of Dominique. I don't doubt that he's had flings with guys in the past. He came from the 19th century after all. ^_^
