Gorgeous! I can tell you really had fun with this one. I love that you had sharp, crisp lines for the street lights; I would retain more of that crispness and remove some of the texture over them. Also, I assume that is foliage from the tops of trees at the top? It is hard to tell, as it is treated the same way you treated the tree masses at the bottom. I would recommend deciding exactly what kind of tree it is, and lasso tool in some crisp leaf shapes at opportune places to indict foliage up close.
