Her chest seems a bit large and puffed out, but other than that it's great! I actually like the grey tones. It adds a sense of sadness that I feel is important to incorporate into a piece like this.

What a lovely design! I'd be interested to see the colors a little more saturated, though. They look a tad greyed, though that might've been your intention. Lovely, nonetheless!
