Just a white rooster, no particular breed.

I was inspired by and their amazing bird playing cards.
We have a very old and dying deck of cards so I figured I'd recycle them into art.

By the way, the 'd' on the end of the chicken's scientific name is the subspecies 'domesticus' - signifying they are the domesticated kind.

Painted with acrylics. I may go back and coat in mod podge for support, since these cards are getting quite flimsy.
