We recently went to the house they filmed as Pemberly in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice (no not the AWFUL film with Keira Knightly in.) The house is beautiful.I like this shot. My friend is down in the corner picking daisys. I think its pretty!

I know its such a great building isn't it!
I know what you mean about the film being good as a movie. It was well shot and pretty to look at but I'm such a Jane Austen fan that I hated it being so untrue to the novel!
