This in Miku Hatsune as the Guardian of the Dragon in the Vocaloid Synchronicity series of songs rendered on Chibi Maker on Doll Divine. I also used this image vocaloid.wikia.com/wiki/Synchr… for reference. In the series the mask that was put on her was supposed to make her blind so I colored her eyes white so she would look that way. The Guardian of the Dragon also carries a staff so I gave her a staff in the image.
