Description So, I thought I'd share some sketches I managed to make during my struggles and to pad over the wait on commissions-- i'msosorry ;v;

The first one was to try to take a spin at the CupHead style. Like, it doesn't look accurate, but it was fun to attempt.

Second one on the top right is a god-tier Shadow toy I'm working on. Still haven't found a good name for her. She's a great-horned owl toy and can use magic. The picture directly below it is her human form. She likes to keep to this form unless she doesn't have enough energy to do so. She likes her human form because it keeps her from being "owned" like most toys. This little lady isn't fond of the idea of humans treating her species like objects. She knows that some of her kind is kept in their boxes and treated like decoration (even thrown away/sold to others when people get bored of them) and, being the rarest toy in the species, she rather not be in that situation. She's not all that fond of the human race, but she's... interested in observing them in their most private and intimate moments. She doesn't know it, but she's mostly a voyeur. She's not aroused by it, but that's one of the times when she sees certain people in a different way.

The middle left picture is a little Mexican boy I thought about developing after making a random design in the "Random OC's" button seen here>>> fav.me/dbr0wi3 He's a sweet little kid who thinks the world of his dad and wants to be like the optimistic pony hero he watches every Saturday, Hum Dinger.

The bottom left is an adopt I had for a while and felt like drawing her again. Her sister is a skater 90's chick named Jordan and her parents are smokers. Hollie is 13 and her parent kind of force her to smoke at 10 to spend "quality time" with them. "It tastes like burning," she said when she experienced it for the first time. They tell her that she'll get used to it and they'll love her even more for it as long as she doesn't tell anyone. Since she never felt like she connected with them before, she saw nothing wrong with it until her dad gets hospitalized from it. Hollie wanted to stop after that, but her mother convinced her to continue because she told Hollie that it wasn't the smoking that did this it was her father being weak. Hollie didn't really buy that so she did research on the effects of smoking and found out about all the diseases it causes and chemicals the businesses puts in them. When she told her mother about it, her mother denied it and told Hollie that she was just fine and her mother's been doing it for 9 years and counting, "Don't believe in the internet and people from the outside"... Then she proceeded to guilt trip her naive daughter to keep smoking with her. Going into school, Hollie hears more about how tobacco and other drugs are bad for your health and how they can kill you if you're not careful. YET she wanted to believe in her mother more and kept her now bad addiction to herself. You're probably thinking, where is her sister in all this? She moved away from them before all of this was happening. She came to visit a couple times, but she wasn't aware of Hollie smoking at all because they all kept it from her. Her sister found out when she was talking to their mom about quitting. "Just because your father made a mistake, doesn't me Hollie and I will too." That phrase made Hollie's sister blood run cold. Her mother clarified that she didn't mean to tell her like that, but the sister wasn't as obedient as Hollie. That didn't mean anything to the sister, she blew up over it and took Hollie away from their mother so she could help Hollie kick the habit.
Haha, I didn't think I'd get into this, sorry for the wall of text.

The bottom right, the basic Wilhelm family photo thing. This time the kids are high schoolers and I'm trying not to go TOO crazy with Suzy, but add hints of other makeup and culture to her. She's wearing African neck rings because she thought it would be fun to try. (I need to draw Penelope, Melody's assistant manager in crime.) At this age, Henry is a man of few words because he has a abrupt stutter when he talks for a small amount of time.
