people who hv been following me on tumblr will probably know that i just finish this Gintama game for PSP with the title Gintama no Sugoroku
for people who dont know, 1 thing i can say about this game is that itS VERY FRUSTRATING IM NOT EVEN JOKING!!
Gintama Sugoroku is a board game, if u hvnt guess, n if u know or hv heard how monopoly hv ruin one's (or ur) life, then Gintama Sugoroku is no different, this game, esp on the last 2 stages, can ruin ur sanity!!
anyway, yes, Takasugi is 1 of the strongest boss along with Kamui in this game (harder to beat than the last boss IMO)
this 2 appear on the 2nd to last stage, Kamui attack point is so ridiculously high he can kill ur player with just one easy swipe - esp if u recklessly go head-on with that Yato brute who guards the front line of the stage's with his godly strenght & infinite LP!! once u bore him enough (FYI u can NOT beat Kamui, u can just damaged him a bit) he'll find this situation boring n not worth his time, Kamui will then leave the stage n left the rest to Takasugi who has been waiting on the back most of that said stage;
n despite Takasugi's attack is not as strong as Kamui (still high nonetheless) with a reasonable boss-rank LP, trying to reach him is the most frustrating part than the fight with him, for there's still a long way till u can reach Takasugi (remember that Kamui was holding u down in the beginning of the stage?), every turn Takasugi will throws his 3 dices where depends on the total number from the thrown dices, he can unconditionally n mercilessly damages ur life point ranging from just 3 points up to 18 points (average LP for a chara is roughly 30-50 LP btw, depends on the chara u chose as ur player) so if u can not reach him fast enough, he will lit. kill u n everyone else in average of 5 turns!! NTM u also needs a high luck to role ur very own dice to get the correct number to reach his chamber, otherwise he'll keep damaging u with his Kiheitai ship's long range canon according to his thrown dices while he sits on his lazy ass n smirks at ur downfall every turn!
their stage took me more than half a day to beat i almost snap my psp into 2 in my frustation since my Gin-chan keep dying from his bombarding lolz...... OTL

omg you've played this game too!!! i love it!! it's such an underrated game ~~ even those in the gintama fandom don't seem to know about it >u<
but omfg yes the game is rEALLY frustrating sometimes i always play as toshi (oops bias) and it seems like his luck is the worst (maybe it's because i'm playing him [my luck is crap too], but idk he also just seems like a guy with bad luck to me LOL)
ahhh for me takasugi and kamui/the bosses were not the issue, it's the other players trying to get first place ugh the NPC characters seemed to be like too overpowered at times

IKR?? this game is so frustrating took me a year to actually finish it XD;;;;;
atm im still playing with Gin (or Hiji when Gin is not available for the story mode) since im trying to max out his card drawing luck (which sadly is the only thing that can be raised lolz)
stat's wise, Gin's luck is as worse as Hiji -- n probably combines with my (our?) luck thats not suited for board games, just make thing worse XD;;;
the only NPC thats annoying IMO is Okita (his LP damaging cards esp) + the parasitic Madao LOL i rarely hv trouble with the rest, n i dont think they are over powered too...?? (maybe except for Kamui LOL)
the frustration part for me is that i ALWAYS fail to get to the right square n thus i need to do another circle around, esp on the Kamui+Takasugi's stage where u need to step on the correct square to get to Takasugi's room; i lit. spent HOURS just to get into that one freaking wrap-square! OTL
oh, by any chance hv u unlock Takasugi & Kamui for the Nurunuru Drama Maker??? i've been trying to unlock them for that option, but no luck for me yet ;3;

yeah gin and hiji both kinda more or less have bad luck 
i kind of wish you could play as takasugi!! lol
ugh okita is really annoying!! especially when i play as hiji, i mean he's like designed to ruin your time while playing as hiji lol
i've noticed if you have kondou and katsura as NPCs, they usually don't target you, they usually target each other LOL (i wonder if the same would happen if i picked okita and kagura as NPCs)
ugh and madao is the worst omfg i always get stuck with him
oh, i haven't really been working with the drama maker, i just play the game

LOL i think there are a LOT of people who want to play as Takasugi n/or Kamui XDDD
Okita will always targets Hiji &/or also Kagura is she's available, so if u're using Hiji n NPC Okita, hv Kagura as ur other NPC then u'll hv 50-50 chance as his target; n yes if u're not using Hiji, Okita will targets Kagura instead - juz like the Kondo n Zura's case XP
but i really love this "little detail" about the charas' relation/rivalry they put in this game tho -- might be annoying depends on the chara u pick, but there's nothing better than game that keep true to their original <3
IKR? Madao is annoying XD;;;; n the NPCs always hv those cards that could shove the Madao leeching on them to u!! i've play this game for idek how many hours but i've nvr got myself that rare(?) card
both Takasugi n Kamui could be unlock for the Drama Maker, i've been searching around the internet on how to unlock them, but none hv the exact answer, some says u need to complete the gallery to 50%, some says 75%, so idk.... but i really want to unlock Takasugi -- just for my GinTaka reason (cuz i've found a good quote of Gin for this, so i only need to unlock Taka for the reaction LOLz XD;;;;;
