The right eye tear animation isn't clipped to the eye and there is a small bit of fill showing on the lower left corner of the right lower eyelid.

That could have been intentional. Tears aren't completely flat, after all.

It doesn't seem to be the way that the show usually animates the tears that stay within the eyes and it could have been intentional. But the perspective we see the eye at means we shouldn't be able to see the '3D-ness' of the eye or tears and indicates it probably wasn't intentional.
