I actually did this ages ago.. Almost a year ago if I`m correct. The lineart was inspired from a very old piece of B&W artwork that used to be featured on this Japanese artist`s site. It no longer appears to be there anymore however, though I do have the original saved on my comp. ->[link]
I really loved it, so I decided to draw and colour it. It`s actually a piece of A4 paper that I use as a poster in my room. ^_^ Don`t Inu & Kagome look sooo cute together?!?! Ne, ne?! Hehe.
I really love the artist`s work whose link I posted above, so please do visit her site some time. You won`t be disappointed.. As long as you have some interest in Inuyasha anyways, because all of her art is Inuyasha related.
Done with markers and pencil shavings.. hehe.
I do not own Inuyasha either. He is Rumiko Takahashi`s.

Nice job - I recognized the pose from Sakuban's art. Actually, there was still a working website for them not long ago, but I haven't checked it lately. The artist goes under the doujinshi circle name of RasBlue and I actually lucked out and got one of their doujinshi!
Anyway, love your interpretation of the piece. Of course, I can never get too much Inuyasha and Kagome. They are - and will probably always be - my favorite anime pairing.
