This man was the leader of the group who took Angelica when she was little, the ones who used her for their dirty jobs? Those ones. He died by Deadpool back then, but a satanic cult revived him not so long after that. Invoking a powerful demon to take over his body, possessing him and giving him the strenght and psychic power he needs to get done with his missions, also to be immortal. Ever since then, he is used to stalk Angelica, wanting to punish her by leaving his side. He enjoys making her suffer, but when he is about to kill her (The times Angie can’t stop him from doing it), he stops. Killing her would put an end to his fun, at least, that’s what he’s used to say. Vincent believes Angelica belongs to him, also hates the people around her, and enjoys trying to get rid of them. And if the opportunity it’s given, before her eyes just for his own entertainment. Deadpool is his another target.
