i don't know why but the tail looks a little too contrast against the lake. but on the other hand i can't think of how that could be fixed.
hmm unless maybe you added a softglow or something which lights up the bright parts of the image. it's acually an effect that sometimes happens with photography when it's too light i think. it could make the tail look more natural, it's minly the bit of the fins over the water im thinking of.

There's a jauntiness in this picture I find quite appealing... I think your caudal fins are too narrow, but it's an excellent, fun picture, and another favorite.
